Job Description

shift- 9:30am to 5:30pm

benefits:

company pickup bus starts from panvel.

breakfast

responsibilities:

prepare order confirmations, sales invoices and packing lists in tally.

coordinate with clients to receive signed confirmation of sales order.

cross-check sales order issued with purchase order issued by client.

prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents including packing list, invoice, shipping bill, regulatory declarations.

maintain records on duty drawback, and meis credit on export shipments.

maintain physical and digital records of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents.

coordinate with cha for road transport, shipping container and vessel

candidate profile

prior experience in export documentation is compulsory / cha work background will be an added advantage.

ability to draft email communication for us and european international clients.

proficient in ms excel.

good time management and organization skills.
