Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Student Guidance:

o Counsel students to help them choose programs in their various curriculum that align with their academic background and career aspirations.

o Offer detailed information on course offerings, career prospects, and program advantages.

2. Admissions Assistance:

o Support students through the application and enrolment process, including document submission and eligibility checks.

o Provide information about fees, scholarships, and deadlines.

3. Career Counselling:

o Guide students on career pathways, industry trends, and job opportunities.

o Organize sessions on resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning.

4. Academic Assistance:

o Help students address academic challenges and provide strategies to enhance learning and performance.

o Advise on time management and effective study techniques.

5. Event Support:

o Coordinate orientation programs, workshops, and informational sessions for students.

o Conduct soft skills and personality development training.

6. Relationship Building:

o Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and stakeholders to address concerns and queries.

o Represent the institute at fairs and promotional events to attract prospective students.

7. Emotional Support:

o Create a supportive environment for students to discuss personal challenges.

o Refer students to professional counsellors if required.
