Job Summary
We’re looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to build and scale Company’s network of System
Integrator and Distributor partners. This is a relationship and commercial role. You don’t need to come from the CCTV or security industry; what you need is hunger, sharp commercial instincts, and the discipline to run a structured, repeatable selling process.
We’re happy to invest in the right attitude: freshers with an MBA are welcome to apply, and 1-2 years of experience is a bonus, not a bar.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard System Integrators and Distributors as strategic go-to-market
partners for Company’s surveillance and monitoring solutions.
• Follow a structured, repeatable partner-selling process - from prospecting and qualification
through onboarding, enablement, and pipeline generation.
• Build strong relationships with partner principals, sales teams, and key decision-makers to drive
mindshare and preference for Company.
• Develop joint business plans, commercial frameworks, and incentive structures with partners to
drive mutual growth.
• Train and enable partners on Company’s products, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
• Track and report on partner activation, pipeline, and revenue contribution; proactively address
gaps.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to ensure partners are fully equipped to
sell and support Company’s offerings.
• Represent Company at partner events, exhibitions, and industry forums to expand the partner
ecosystem.
• Continuously scout new partner opportunities and assess their fit with Company’s channel
strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification strongly
preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management; freshers with
the right drive are strongly encouraged to apply.
• No prior CCTV or security industry background required - we’ll teach you the domain.
• Strong commercial acumen and a structured, process-oriented approach to selling.
Preferred Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Good commercial and business acumen - comfortable discussing margins, incentives, and
business cases.
• A structured, disciplined approach to sales and partner development.
• High energy, self-starter attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, onboarding, and industry events.
