Opening For Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our location in Hazaribagh, India. This full-time role requires a strong leader with experience in retail management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock levels, and layout to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.

2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment to help employees achieve their individual and team goals.

3. Customer Service: Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, ensuring that all team members deliver high-quality service and address customer concerns effectively.

4. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales promotions, maintain visual merchandising standards, and analyze sales trends to boost store performance and profitability.

5. Financial Management: Monitor sales and expenses, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies to meet financial targets.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a graduate degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of inventory systems and sales forecasting, as well as a proven ability to drive sales and manage a diverse team effectively.
