• Maintain accurate inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or wastage.

• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions and maintain records.

• Prepare and update stock registers, GRNs, MRNs, and daily consumption reports.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability.

• Liaise with suppliers and transporters for smooth delivery and returns.

• Implement safety protocols in material handling and storage.
