Maintain accurate inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or wastage. Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions and maintain records. Prepare and update stock registers, GRNs, MRNs, and daily consumption reports. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability. Liaise with suppliers and transporters for smooth delivery and returns. Implement safety protocols in material handling and storage.
