We are looking for a dedicated Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience, possess a graduate degree, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure availability of products. Regularly conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to provide accurate inventory records.
2. **Team Supervision**: Lead and motivate a team of store staff. Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure staff are following company protocols for excellent customer service.
3. **Customer Service**: Address customer queries and complaints professionally. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and foster a positive shopping environment.
4. **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track store performance. Use this data to inform decisions and implement strategies for improvement.
5. **Compliance**: Ensure that the store adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized store to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively is essential. Strong problem-solving skills are important for resolving issues as they arise. A background in retail or store management is preferred, with proven experience in leading a team.
