Walk-in For Opening For Store Executive (Female Only)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Store Executive to join our team in Muzaffarnagar. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in retail or store operations, and the candidate should be female and a 12th-grade pass.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service to customers by assisting them with their needs and inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure that the store is well-stocked, reporting any shortages to management.

- **Sales Support:** Help promote and sell products by engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and making recommendations.

- **Store Presentation:** Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment, including proper product placement and signage.

- **Cash Handling:** Accurately process transactions using the cash register, handle cash and credit card payments, and ensure a balanced cash drawer at the end of the shift.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to interact pleasantly with customers. A basic understanding of inventory management systems is preferred. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Being proactive and having a positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving is essential. Previous experience in a retail environment will be an advantage.
