Job Title: Store Assistant

📋 Key Responsibilities

Receive & inspect incoming raw materials/packaging stock against purchase orders

Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and stock entry in system

Maintain stock records, inventory registers and movement reports

Issue materials against approved requisition slips

Follow FIFO method for systematic storage

Conduct daily/monthly stock verification and physical counts

Coordinate with production & purchase departments for smooth material flow

Maintain minimum stock levels and raise indent for reordering

Keep store area clean, safe & organized

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any stream

2-3 years experience in store/warehouse operations

Basic knowledge of inventory & stock management

Proficient in MS Excel / Tally / ERP software

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Physically fit and detail-oriented
