Hiring For Steward

We are seeking a dedicated Steward to join our team in Navsari. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a passion for providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Customers: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and ensuring a great dining experience right from the start.

- Take Orders: Efficiently take food and beverage orders from customers and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

- Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver prepared dishes and drinks to guests, ensuring that all items are presented well and meet quality standards.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that tables, dining areas, and serving equipment are clean and well-organized throughout the shift to create a pleasant atmosphere for diners.

- Assist with Inventory: Help in monitoring stock levels and report any shortages to management, ensuring that the restaurant is always well-prepared.

- Handle Payments: Provide accurate billing information and process payments efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is essential.

- Must have completed at least a 12th-grade education.

- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with guests and team members.

- A customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude towards service and teamwork.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
