Hiring For Steward

We are seeking a dedicated Steward to join our team in Navsari. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a passion for providing excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Greet Customers:** Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and ensuring a great dining experience right from the start.

- **Take Orders:** Efficiently take food and beverage orders from customers and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

- **Serve Food and Beverages:** Deliver prepared dishes and drinks to guests, ensuring that all items are presented well and meet quality standards.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Ensure that tables, dining areas, and serving equipment are clean and well-organized throughout the shift to create a pleasant atmosphere for diners.

- **Assist with Inventory:** Help in monitoring stock levels and report any shortages to management, ensuring that the restaurant is always well-prepared.

- **Handle Payments:** Provide accurate billing information and process payments efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is essential.

- Must have completed at least a 12th-grade education.

- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with guests and team members.

- A customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude towards service and teamwork.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
