We are seeking a dedicated Senior Captain with 5 to 7 years of experience to lead our team in Navsari, India. This full-time position requires strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and enhance guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the service team, ensuring high standards are met. You will be responsible for training new staff and fostering a positive work environment.- Customer Service Excellence: Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Address any concerns or special requests promptly, showcasing our commitment to outstanding service.- Experience Management: Coordinate dining operations, making sure each guest receives personalized attention. You will create memorable dining experiences through effective communication and attention to detail.- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and service, ensuring consistency and adherence to safety regulations.
