Opening For State Head Collections

We're seeking an experienced Collection Manager to lead our collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving collection processes, reducing delinquencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collection Strategy: Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet targets.

- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of collectors to achieve performance goals.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

- Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate collection risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in collections or a related field.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with collection laws and regulations.
