skills and qualifications:

education: a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (mba preferred not necessary)

experience:

* 5+ years of experience in a sales role.

* proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing a team.

* strong understanding of sales techniques, crm software, and market analysis.

skills:

* excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

* strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
