key job responsibilities:
the scope of responsibilities include the following:
ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of office, handling administrative work such as daily attendance, access punch miss reports, weekly break reports, inventory management, demand / receipt of consumables, housekeeping & vendor management, records management, vendor coordination for timely completion of requirements floated, liaison with building management, travel / bookings pertaining to management team, vertical heads etc., receipt / handling of important clients during visit to the company office’s, salary data preparation and related tasks etc.
management of employees, preparation / maintenance of employee records / dossiers / master database as per system in vogue, training & development, team building /engagement activities, employee welfare, indoor & outdoor engagement activities,employee induction, exit interviews, grievance addressing / handling & remedies, ensuring proper implementation of circulars, handling of housekeeping staff ensuring proper cleanliness and maintenance of offices etc.
handling of recruitment tasks of junior / middle level resources related to it / ites services such as, sourcing of candidates, screening legible resumes, establishing communication with prospective candidates, follow-ups, scheduling tests / interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews, exploration of new placement agencies and liaison whenever and wherever required. in this process you shall be identifying the
