We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Sponsorship Manager to identify, secure, and manage sponsorships for events and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential sponsors and brand partners
Develop sponsorship proposals and pitch partnership opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
Negotiate sponsorship deals and partnership agreements
Manage sponsor onboarding and ensure deliverables are fulfilled
Coordinate sponsor branding, activations, and on-ground visibility during events
Work with marketing and events teams to create sponsorship opportunities
Track sponsorship revenue targets and partnership outcomes
Conduct market research to identify new sponsorship prospects
Prepare sponsorship reports, proposals, and follow-up communications
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or partnerships preferred
Ability to build client relationships and close deals
Target-driven and organized approach
Knowledge of event sponsorship and brand collaborations is a plus
