We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Sponsorship Manager to identify, secure, and manage sponsorships for events and brand collaborations.Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential sponsors and brand partnersDevelop sponsorship proposals and pitch partnership opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with sponsors and stakeholdersNegotiate sponsorship deals and partnership agreementsManage sponsor onboarding and ensure deliverables are fulfilledCoordinate sponsor branding, activations, and on-ground visibility during eventsWork with marketing and events teams to create sponsorship opportunitiesTrack sponsorship revenue targets and partnership outcomesConduct market research to identify new sponsorship prospectsPrepare sponsorship reports, proposals, and follow-up communicationsRequirements:Strong communication and negotiation skillsExperience in business development, sponsorship sales, or partnerships preferredAbility to build client relationships and close dealsTarget-driven and organized approachKnowledge of event sponsorship and brand collaborations is a plus
