Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

1. Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs):

o Develop tailored ILPs for each participant based on their specific needs, abilities, and learning styles.

o Collaborate with the subject matter expert to align technical training with individual educational goals.

2. Adaptive Teaching Strategies:

o Implement specialized teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning needs.

o Modify instructional materials, if necessary, to suit varying cognitive abilities and sensory preferences.

3. Behavioral Support and Guidance:

o Offer behavioral support strategies to address challenges that may arise during the training.

o Provide guidance to participants in managing stress, anxiety, or any other behavioral concerns.

4. Progress Monitoring and Evaluation:

o Regularly assess participant progress and skill development.

o Collaborate with the subject matter expert to adapt training methods based on individual progress.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

o Act as a liaison between participants, their families or caregivers, and the subject matter expert.

o Collaborate with the subject matter expert to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

6. Resource and Material Development:

o Create or adapt training materials, resources, and tools to facilitate effective learning.

Collaborative Responsibilities:

1. Regular Coordination Meetings:

o Schedule regular meetings to discuss participant progress, adjustments to training methods, and any challenges faced.

o Collaborate on strategies to optimize the learning experience for all participants.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain comprehensive records of participant progress, including both technical and behavioral aspects.

o Generate reports outlining individual achievements and areas needing attention.

3. Participant Support and Engagement:

o Ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement from all participants.
