job summary:

key responsibilities:

- develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of finish products, packaging materials, and other essential supplies.

- identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions for the company.

- build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the supply chain.

- monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost, and implement improvement plans as necessary.

- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure seamless procurement processes.

- develop and maintain standard operating procedures (sops) and sourcing protocols.

- manage the procurement budget, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including gmp, gdp, and other industry standards.

- prepare and present sourcing reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management.
