- Generate New Business Leads & Project Briefing.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management.
- Daily Activity Report & Visit Plan: Share a detailed tour/visit plan every 15 days.
- Franchisee Search & Candidate Finalization.
- Documentation, Progress Reporting & Policy Development.
- Sales and Relationships
- Distributor Selection: Finalize at least one distributor.
- Training and Support with Market Analysis
Job Duties of a Site Sourcing Executive:
- Problem-Solving: Recommend solutions to any issues faced by clients.
- Market Trends & Competition Analysis
- Team Collaboration & Centre Creation
- Franchise Development: Develop Master franchises and franchises for the WLA project.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications of a Site Sourcing Executive:
- Educational Background: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.
