Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the sales team. Drive car sales, meet monthly sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure growth in revenue through strategic planning and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales.
Monitor daily sales activities and guide the sales team accordingly.
Analyzing market trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Looking after marketing campaigns & co-ordinating Social Media Team
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
Set individual targets for the sales team and monitor their performance.
Training & motivating everyone about teamwork and also plan sales for every individual
Customer Handling:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive experience.
Handle high-value or complex customer negotiations.
Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Inventory & Pricing:
Maintain optimal inventory of used cars. Entire stock management (90 days cycle)
Coordinate with procurement teams for optimum inventory management.
Monitoring vehicle pricing and profitability.
Marketing & Business Development
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
Support digital and offline lead generation efforts.
Relationship building with OEM
