the profile would be :-
- ensuring absolute success of each daebuild crm implementation.
- ensuring absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by offering the best functional and technical support.
- qa testing on the implementation.
- online and onsite software training.
- hand holding the clients.
- online and onsite technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute
customer satisfaction.
- upgradations of the software versions.
- work closely with development team during software development cycle.
- responsible for manual testing using latest techniques and methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high
quality.
- responsible for logging defects and tracking them to closure.� ensuring absolute success of each daebuild crm
