We are looking for candidates who can join our CRM Implementation & Support team who has experience of 1 - 3 years in the same.The Profile would be :-- Ensuring absolute success of each DaeBuild CRM Implementation.- Ensuring absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by offering the best functional and technical support.- QA Testing on the Implementation.- Online and Onsite Software Training.- Hand holding the clients.- Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.- Upgradations of the software versions.- Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle.- Responsible for Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high quality.- Responsible for logging defects and tracking them to closure. Ensuring absolute success of each DaeBuild CRM Implementation.
