responsibilities:
• ability to turn leads into opportunities and sales
• contact potential customers via phone, email, and face to face
• conduct tele-calling, mailing, cold calling, and direct visits to generated prospects.
• maintain healthy relationships with all clients, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• possess a good understanding of web development software.
• achieve business targets in assigned areas and segments.
• will be responsible to acquire projects for web & mobile development.
• good understanding of business requirements and documentation.
• drafting quality and customized bids for generating business.
• ability to understand requirement of client in a right way.
• preparing & sending detailed proposal documents as per the clients requirement. proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.

• must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• must have good interpersonal skills.
• must be innovative, knowledgeable, creative, and hard-working
• should have good understanding of technology terminologies and trends.
• should preferably be from a technical background (it industry), must have knowledge of popular web technologies used in web design & web application development.
• exceptional customer service skills.
• effective communication.
• good computer knowledge - ms word, excel, powerpoint.
experience:
• software sales: 1 year (preferred)
