we are looking for a creative and strategic campaign specialist / social media campaign manager to join our team at kots. this role is perfect for someone who loves crafting engaging content and building meaningful audience interactions. the content specialist will play a vital role in shaping our brand voice across multiple platforms by planning, creating, and collaborating on impactful content strategies.

key responsibilities:

- content & engagement planing, tracking, and organizing (30%)

- content & engagement design, creation and collab (70%)

required skills:

proficiency in canva for design and content creation

strong organizational skills with experience using excel sheets for planning and tracking

ability to create effective presentations, carousels, and other visual content

a creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling abilities

canva, excel sheets, presentations, carousels etc.

ability to create campaign content

proven experience managing content and campaigns on social media platforms.

strong writing skills with an eye for visual storytelling.

experience using tools like canva, meta business suite, and basic analytics platforms.
