we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented site supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day activities across multiple interior and architectural project sites. the ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.

key responsibilities:

● supervise and manage on-site activities for interior and architectural projects.

● read and interpret autocad drawings for accurate execution of site works.

● prepare and maintain boqs, material requirement lists, and progress charts using ms excel.

● coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth and efficient project execution.

● monitor quality control and ensure all work aligns with design intent and standards.

● communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on site progress, when required.

● conduct accurate site measurements and manage material follow-ups and inventory.

● troubleshoot on-site issues and implement solutions promptly.

requirements:

● must own a personal bike for commuting between multiple sites.

● should be based in or around noida for ease of travel and timely site management.

● proficient in reading and interpreting autocad drawings.

● skilled in ms excel for preparing boqs and tracking project progress.

● good communication and interpersonal skills for handling clients and teams.

● basic knowledge of construction materials and on-site execution processes.

● strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites effectively.

● positive attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

preferred qualifications:

● diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, or a related field.

● prior experience in supervising interior fit-out or construction projects
