Site Manager

• Project Execution & Site Management:

• Serve as the overall in-charge of site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Utilize extensive experience in PEB, Infrastructure, and Civil works to lead and direct site teams.

• Oversee Site Supervision and Management, including resource allocation, labour planning, and scheduling of daily activities.

• Technical Knowledge & Quality Control:

• Possess deep knowledge of PEB erection and Fabrication processes to guide execution and troubleshoot issues.

• Conduct rigorous Site Inspections and Quality Assurance (QA) checks, ensuring work conforms to design specifications and industry best practices.

• Monitor and control the consumption of construction materials to ensure efficient use, prevent wastage, and avoid project delays.

• Testing & Commissioning (T&C):

• Manage and oversee the necessary Testing and Commissioning procedures for completed structures and installations.

• Ensure all T&C documentation is accurately maintained and submitted for final handover.

• Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

• Handle comprehensive Project Coordination with the Client and the internal project team throughout the entire project lifecycle (site and fabrication).

• Act as the key communication link, facilitating meetings and resolving technical and scheduling conflicts with the client.

• Manage Internal coordination for the Fabrication work, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components to the site.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Establish a robust system for Documentation and Reporting of project progress, including daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (DPRs/WPRs/MPRs).

• Ensure all activities strictly comply with safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
