Looking For Site Engineer

We are looking for a competent Site Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering and possess strong technical skills to ensure the successful execution of on-site projects. This position requires a full-time commitment and is office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure all site activities align with project goals and deadlines.

- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring safety and progress remain on track while adhering to project specifications.

- Quality Control: Monitor materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards and rectify any issues promptly.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including site reports, safety inspections, and other pertinent documentation required for project tracking.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a diploma in engineering and possess strong problem-solving skills. A thorough understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project management is essential.

Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
