ordination of the site activities.

2. Quantity surveying of required material for construction.

3. Prepare estimation & billing work

4. Preparing BOQ work as per item.

5. Quality assurance & quality control of material.

6. Rate analysis, cost control, & price escalation as per standard.

7. Preparing detailed BBS of structural members using excel.

8. Preparing of architectural, structural drawings & designs using auto cad

& stad pro.

9. Ability to do layouts, documentation work & site management at site.

10. A good knowledge of excel & office & ability to learn

how to use specialist software.
