customer engagement & sales
welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
explain product features, materials, warranties, and usage benefits.
help customers compare product options and make informed decisions.
maintain strong follow-ups to ensure lead conversion.
work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
communication & coordination
coordinate with showroom manager for stock availability.
handover customer details to accounts/admin for quotation, invoicing, and billing.
update customer visit and follow-up details to the internal team.
required skills
strong communication skills in gujarati, hindi & english.
good presentation skills and customer handling ability.
confident, polite, and well-groomed personality.
basic computer knowledge (email, whatsapp business, ms office).
ability to understand premium product positioning and pitch accordingly.
strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
