Looking For Service Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in Dombivli East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and should have completed their 10th grade. The job would involve majorly Invertor and Solar Panel installation and servicing.

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure they operate effectively. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Installation and Setup**: You will install and configure various equipment, ensuring everything is set up correctly and meets safety standards.

2. **Repair and Maintenance**: You will perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment, identifying issues and addressing them promptly to minimize downtime.

3. **Troubleshooting**: When problems arise, you will diagnose issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring that equipment runs smoothly.

4. **Customer Service**: You will interact with customers, answering their questions and providing guidance on how to use the equipment properly.

5. **Reporting**: You will document service activities and report on any issues encountered, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
