job description:
logging call received by business users from email/phone/web
hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops. 1st level of support on under warranty.
os support on windows xp, windows vista, windows 7, windows 10 & other system software support.
software support on office automation, anti-virus software, e-mail client
providing remote support to the calls logged by the out location branches
configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops
troubleshooting related to internet, intranet.
laptop/desktop encryption support.
configuring the print servers & resolving printing problems of the users
performing any install, move, add or change (imac) at the client level
support for 2 factor authentication, vpn connectivity support
basic support (l1) on rf-guns / ppad management. escalating and coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
basic support (l1) on voice / video-conferencing (vc) management (client side). escalating and coordinating with respective vendor and/or team in case of voice/vc equipment failure.
co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
