Job Description - Female Service Advisor | Oishwini Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

- Coordinate with service technicians and workshop staff.

- Prepare service job cards and maintain customer records.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle service status.

- Explain service charges, estimates, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and follow-up.

- Maintain professional communication and showroom standards.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Suri, West Bengal

Preferred Candidate: Female candidates with good communication skills. Automobile experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
