Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation: Calculating the cost of parts and labor and getting the customer-s approval before starting the work.
Technical Translation: Explaining complex technical problems to customers in simple, non-technical language.
Status Updates: Keeping the customer informed about the progress of their repair via phone or email.
Upselling: Suggesting additional necessary maintenance or accessories (., While we are fixing the PCB, would you like to upgrade the housing for better heat dissipation?).
Final Handover: Explaining the final invoice to the customer and ensuring they are satisfied with the work done.
