Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Execu,ve Secretary to provide
strategic and administra,ve support to senior execu,ves. This role requires excellent
communica,on and organiza,onal skills, along with the ability to mul,task in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage sensi,ve communica,ons, high-level
scheduling, and confiden,al informa,on while serving as a central coordina,on point across
departments and stakeholders.
Key
Support
Manage complex calendars for C-suite or senior leadership, including proac,ve
priori,za,on, rescheduling, and ,me op,miza,on.
Coordinate and prepare execu,ves for mee,ngs with internal and external stakeholders,
ensuring all materials, briefs, and background notes are ,mely and accurate.
DraZ, review, and finalize high-level correspondence, board communica,ons,
confiden,al memos, investor updates, and execu,ve presenta,ons.
Handle informa,on flow in a ,mely and accurate manner, ac,ng as gatekeeper and
point of contact for senior execu,ves.
Maintain discre,on and confiden,ality at all ,mes, especially when dealing with
sensi,ve corporate, legal, and personnel informa,on.
Travel &
Plan and oversee end-to-end interna,onal and domes,c travel logis,cs, including mul,-
country i,neraries, visa processing, accommoda,on, ground transport, and con,ngency
planning.
Prepare comprehensive travel dossiers including execu,ve briefs, mee,ng schedules,
and risk checklists.
Liaise with global offices and external partners to coordinate high-level visits or offsite
events.
Schedule, organize, and facilitate high-stakes mee,ngs, including Board of Directors,
investor rela,ons, and strategic planning sessions.
Prepare detailed agendas, manage pre-read circula,on, record minutes, and ensure
,mely follow-through on ac,on items.
Coordinate across mul,ple ,me zones and loca,ons, ensuring all stakeholders are
aligned and informed.
Operational Coordination
Act as a strategic communication conduit between senior management and internal
teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely execution of executive directives.
Support the planning and execution of leadership offsites, investor summits,
confidential internal briefings, and senior stakeholder events.
Represent the executive officeand by extension, the firmin professional
communications with external parties, including financial institutions, government
officials, legal advisors, and strategic partners.
Initiate and coordinate meetings with banks, consultants, and occasionally political or
regulatory stakeholders as required, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and
organizational integrity at all times.

Bachelors degree in Business Administra,on, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of secretarial or execu,ve assistant experience suppor,ng senior leaders, ideally
within finance or investment sectors.
Skills:
Excep,onal verbal and wricen communica,on.
Mastery of MicrosoZ Office Suite and virtual collabora,on tools.
Strategic thinking with organiza,onal, priori,za,on, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confiden,ality and handle high-pressure situa,ons.
Preferred :
Exposure to financial services or consul,ng environments.
Familiarity with document management tools or systems.
