Urgent Requirement For Senior Sales Executive

We are hiring for Senior Loan Sales Executive for our Company Yss Direct Credit Pvt. Ltd. based at Noida.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Sales & Business Development:

€¢ Drive Loan sales, ensuring achievement of targets for home loans/Personal Loan/ LAP,

or mortgage-based financial products.

€¢ Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and acquire new

customers.

€¢ Responsible for lead generation.

€¢ Identify and establish partnerships with builders, and financial institutions to generate

leads.

€¢ Monitor competition and market trends to optimize sales approaches.

2. Team Management & Leadership:

€¢ Recruit, train, and lead a team of Loan sales professionals.

€¢ Assign sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching.

€¢ Foster a result-driven culture by implementing incentive programs and performance

metrics.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

€¢ Ensure superior customer service by guiding clients through the Loan application

process.

€¢ Address customer queries related to loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and

documentation.

€¢ Maintain relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience:

€¢ Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

€¢ Experience: Minimum 2+years in loan sales

€¢ Certifications: Preferably trained in financial sales..
