Sales & Business Development: Drive Loan sales, ensuring achievement of targets for home loans/Personal Loan/ LAP, or mortgage-based financial products. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers. Responsible for lead generation. Identify and establish partnerships with builders, and financial institutions to generate leads. Monitor competition and market trends to optimize sales approaches. 2. Team Management & Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of Loan sales professionals. Assign sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching. Foster a result-driven culture by implementing incentive programs and performance metrics. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure superior customer service by guiding clients through the Loan application process. Address customer queries related to loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation. Maintain relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
