Urgent Requirement For Senior Quality Engineer

NOTE - CNC VMC MAHINE SHOP QUALITY EXPERIENCE - We are looking for a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Chakan Pune. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in quality engineering and a strong educational background in engineering. This full-time position requires a male candidate who will work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Quality Assurance Planning**: Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

2. **Process Improvement**: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and work on solutions to increase efficiency and quality.

3. **Testing and Validation**: Design and conduct thorough testing procedures for products, ensuring they meet predefined specifications and function properly.

4. **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Gather, analyze, and interpret quality data, preparing reports to communicate findings and recommend actions to enhance quality.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality engineering, with hands-on experience in quality control processes, tools, and methodologies. They must possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with various teams.
