Senior QA Engineer (8-10 Years)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team in Chakan. This role requires a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop and Implement Test Plans:** Create comprehensive test plans that outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for testing activities, ensuring thorough coverage of features and requirements.

- **Conduct Manual and Automated Testing:** Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure software functionality meets specified requirements.

- **Collaborate with Development Teams:** Work closely with developers to understand product features and provide insights on potential quality issues early in the development process.

- **Design Test Cases and Test Scripts:** Create detailed test cases and scripts based on specifications to ensure all scenarios are evaluated, including edge cases.

- **Report and Track Defects:** Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring that all issues are resolved prior to product release.

- **Mentor Junior QA Engineers:** Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the team.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in both manual and automated testing is essential, along with experience in testing tools.
