project coordination: collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance to align procurement strategies with project requirements and timelines.

market analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and industry trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive.

quality assurance: implement and oversee quality control measures for procured materials, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.

reporting and documentation: prepare reports and presentations for senior management, detailing procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier evaluations.

compliance: ensure adherence to all relevant procurement regulations and standards, maintaining ethical sourcing practices
