4. Finance & Accounts auditing and finalization of all entities (FC, Local & Consolidated) - Receipts & Payments, Income & Expenditure and Balance Sheet with Fixed Assets schedule. Monitoring of TDS remittances, Quarterly returns filing, issue of TDS certificates etc. Yearly IT returns in time.
5. IT hearing preparations - discussion about the same with auditor. Preparation of IT hearing reports. Attending IT hearing and other related legal works. Getting Assessment order from IT office etc.
