Designation: Sr. Executive - QA/QC €“ Purely Lab Chemist with minimum 4 - 5 years of experience

Qualification: . Chemistry/ . Chemical /Diploma in Chemical Engineering

€¢ 5+ years€™ experience in QA/QC department in industrial chemicals manufacturing company.

€¢ Operates, maintains, and tests laboratory equipment; identifies problems when equipment fails and conducts or recommends repairs.

€¢ Perform in-process and finished product inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.

€¢ Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

€¢ Managing activities such as product inspection, internal as well as external audits, regulatory agency inspections etc.

€¢ Hands-on with quality management system like ISO 9001:2015, ZED etc.

€¢ Responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining all QA related documents as per QMS in coordination with QC Manager.

€¢ Maintain and update quality documentation, including specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals.

€¢ Responsible of handling customer complaints and initiate Product Recall, if required.

€¢ Take part in audit and surveillances.

€¢ Maintain records of productions, inspections, quality training and safety.

€¢ Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the QC manager
