Salon Manager - Full Time (Female)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to manage daily salon operations and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff.

Handle customer appointments, queries, and feedback.

Ensure excellent customer service and salon hygiene.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.

Drive sales, memberships, packages, and customer retention.

Handle billing, inventory, and daily sales reporting.

Maintain a professional and welcoming salon environment.

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant salon management experience.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
