Position Overview
We are actively seeking energetic and ambitious freshers who are eager to build a robust career in high-value sales and business development. No prior professional experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
3-Month Training Program
During the initial three-month training period, candidates will be trained comprehensively in:
High-ticket sales techniques and methodologies.
Client communication and professional presentation.
Conducting live product demonstrations.
Business development and strategic networking.
Practical use of AI tools in daily sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist in live product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Clearly explain Laser Cinema and Laser TV concepts to audiences.
Interact professionally with customers to understand their requirements.
Business Development
Contact and conduct meetings with interior designers, architects, corporate offices, hotels, and luxury villas.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Generate new business opportunities and reliable leads.
AI-Enabled Work
Utilize AI tools to draft professional messages and emails.
Create engaging social media content for lead generation.
Conduct targeted research on potential clients and markets.
Generate and brainstorm innovative marketing ideas.
Required Skills & Eligibility
Excellent communication skills: Strong spoken and written English, and Hindi are required. Bengali is preferred.
Confidence to speak and present to new people and premium clients.
A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
Basic smartphone and internet literacy.
Working familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and basic percentage calculations.
AI Readiness
Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability and willingness to use AI for writing, brainstorming, and research. Advanced technical knowledge of AI is not required, as specialized training will be provided upon joining.

Compensation & Incentives
We offer a highly rewarding, performance-linked compensation structure:
Training Period (3 Months): ₹5,000-8000 fixed stipend with the scope for performance-linked allowances and incentives based on real sales contributions.
After Successful Training: Competitive fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000, supplemented by performance-linked allowances and incentives up to ₹50,000 based on target achievements.
Further growth into higher-earning roles comes with increased fixed salaries and uncapped incentive structures based strictly on performance.

Trainee Sales Executive → Sales Executive → Senior Sales / Sales Manager → Business Development Manager / Regional Growth Leadership.
