Job Overview: Hungry Brain, a leader in early brain development programs for newborns, is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in an industry where emotions play a crucial role, as this role involves leading a team that engages with parents. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our mission while leading and inspiring a high-performance Telesales team.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire a team of Telesales executives, setting clear goals and expectations for individual and team performance.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to enhance the team's skills and drive results.

2. Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Collaborate with the Sales Head to refine sales processes and optimize the conversion of leads to enrollments.

3. Customer Engagement:

Oversee and actively participate in engaging with parents to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide a positive customer experience.

Handle complex and emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism.

4 Training and Development:

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Telesales team.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze regular reports on individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
