Job Overview: Hungry Brain, a leader in early brain development programs for newborns, is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in an industry where emotions play a crucial role, as this role involves leading a team that engages with parents. Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
€¢ Lead and inspire a team of Telesales executives, setting clear goals and expectations for individual and team performance.
€¢ Provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to enhance the team's skills and drive results.
2. Sales Strategy:
€¢ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
€¢ Collaborate with the Sales Head to refine sales processes and optimize the conversion of leads to enrollments.
3. Customer Engagement:
€¢ Oversee and actively participate in engaging with parents to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide a positive customer experience.
€¢ Handle complex and emotionally charged conversations with empathy and professionalism.
4 Training and Development:
€¢ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
€¢ Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Telesales team.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
€¢ Generate and analyze regular reports on individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
