*role and responsibilities :* - the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations including recruitment, training , business operation, management and team leading.

*salary :* (inc. allowance) fixed + incentives upto 45k

*recruitment process :* interview + irdai exam + ojt

*irdai exam center:* nse-it center(near your location)

*location:* this hiring is being done for kolkata regional office

*office working days :* 5 days(monday to friday)

*working time :* 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

*this job is totally work from home and it's a fix salary.*

*if you get selected in interview then your next step will be exam of ic(insurance consultant).*

*irdai(insurance regulatory and development authority of india) exam mandatory for this job because here you will start with an ic designation*

*company provides 7 days training properly + product session for exam*

*for your help company provides experienced seniors , and a whatsapp group, irdai exam aap, mock series, study material all over.*

*during the training period, trainees will receive a stipend of 60k to according to their performance base. the training (theory and practical) will be approximately 3 months. currently, training will be provided via zoom apps*
