–« *Role and Responsibilities :* - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations including recruitment, training , business operation, management and team leading.

–« *Salary :* (Inc. Allowance) fixed + incentives upto 45k

–« *IRDAI Exam Center:* NSE-IT Center(Near your Location)

–« *Location:* This hiring is being done for Kolkata Regional Office

–« *Office Working Days :* 5 Days(Monday to Friday)

–« *Working Time :* 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

–ª *This Job is totally work from home and It's a Fix Salary.*

–ª *If you get selected in interview then your next step will be exam of IC(Insurance Consultant).*

–ª *IRDAI(Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) exam Mandatory for this job because here you will start with an IC designation*

–ª *Company provides 7 days training properly + product session for exam*

–ª *For your help company provides experienced seniors , and a whatsapp group, IRDAI Exam aap, mock series, study material all over.*

–ª *During the training period, Trainees will receive a stipend of 60k to according to their performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately 3 months. Currently, training will be provided via ZOOM apps*
