Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Sales & Business Development
Prospecting: Identify industrial or corporate clients who need specific engineering solutions.
Technical Pitching: Deliver presentations that explain the how and why of a product (., why a specific UPS is better for a lift than a standard one).
Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare technical commercial offers, calculate project margins, and negotiate contracts.
2. On-Site Service & Maintenance
Installation & Commissioning: Personally supervise or perform the setup of new equipment at the clients site.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled health checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns (AMCAnnual Maintenance Contracts).
Troubleshooting & Repair: Act as the emergency responder when a machine fails, diagnosing the root cause and fixing it on-site.
3. Feedback & Product Improvement
Market Intelligence: Report back to the R&D team about recurring technical issues or features that competitors are offering.
Customer Training: Teach the clients staff how to operate the machinery safely and efficiently.
