● Initiate meaningful outreach and schedule product demos with regional sales leaders

● Engage with potential clients across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting

Recruit CRM’s international growth strategy.

● Build and nurture strong relationships with top-performing recruitment agencies

through strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.

● Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers—identify their needs,

assess buying intent, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team for effective

conversion.
