Relationship Building: Build and nurture meaningful client relationships from thevery first interaction. Product Demonstration: Conduct Zoom-based demos, identify prospect needs, andshare valuable insights and feedback with the team. Sales Cadence: Follow established communication guidelines and maintain astructured, consistent outreach process. Flexibility: Be open to working in shifts based on territory requirements upontransitioning to a full-time role.Traineeship Details: Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day, payment of INR 20,000 permonth. Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary: Upon successful completion of this6-month program, you will be absorbed on the payroll of the company as an SMA(Sales Management Associate) at Recruit CRM with an OTE (On Target Earning)of INR 12,00,000. (The base salary is INR 600,000 per year, and the targetvariable pay is an additional INR 600,000 per year.
