### 📞 **What You’ll Be Doing**

* **Engaging with Potential Customers:** Initiate outbound calls to businesses and vendors who have interacted with TraderzPlanet in the past or have shown interest in our subscription services.

* **Promoting Subscription Services:** Explain the features and benefits of TraderzPlanet’s subscription plans, tailoring the conversation to meet the specific needs of each prospect.

* **Identifying Sales Opportunities:** Listen actively to customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell subscription services that match their business requirements.

* **Negotiating and Closing Sales:** Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales effectively, achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* **Maintaining Customer Relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

* **Updating CRM Systems:** Accurately enter and update customer information, sales interactions, and subscription details in the TraderzPlanet CRM system.

* **Providing Post-Sale Support:** Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their subscriptions and provide assistance with any questions or issues they may have.

* **Achieving Sales Targets:** Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals as set by TraderzPlanet management.

* **Reporting and Feedback:** Provide regular feedback on customer interactions and market trends to the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
