* **promoting subscription services:** explain the features and benefits of traderzplanet’s subscription plans, tailoring the conversation to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
* **identifying sales opportunities:** listen actively to customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell subscription services that match their business requirements.
* **negotiating and closing sales:** use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales effectively, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* **maintaining customer relationships:** build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* **updating crm systems:** accurately enter and update customer information, sales interactions, and subscription details in the traderzplanet crm system.
* **providing post-sale support:** follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their subscriptions and provide assistance with any questions or issues they may have.
