Opening For Sales Freelancer

I need a sharp freelance sales representative based in or willing to travel across Kolkata and nearby districts to expand our footprint in the education and job-placement domain. Your main job is twofold: first, win new institutional (Hotel Management) for internship projects in abroad; second, generate steady candidates from Colleges (Hotel Management) and Individual Job seekers.

Here’s the landscape you’ll be selling into: colleges, and even motivated individual job-seekers who value a trusted career bridge. You will pitch our end-to-end hiring and placement solutions, close deals, and stay in touch long enough to make sure the positions are actually filled.

What success looks like

Regular, qualified leads converted into signed agreements

Active vacancies sourced from partner institutions

Candidates successfully placed and revenue recorded against your accounts

If you already have contacts in academia, HR departments, or training hubs around Kolkata, you’ll hit the ground running. Strong communication, a persuasive demo style, and comfort negotiating at both campus and boardroom level are essential. Let me know about your previous wins in client acquisition or placement services, and we can discuss the commission structure and performance milestones right away.

The payment will be in the range of INR 1, to INR 1, after completion of Visa processing for every individual. This project has no time limit.
